Shipping options

We ship with four lines from our Guangdong warehouse. You choose one after your items arrive and are packed, when we can quote the real price and delivery time for your address.

  • UPS DDP

    Duties included

    Import duties and taxes are paid when you pay shipping, so there is nothing to pay at the door.

  • UPS Express

    Express

    UPS from our warehouse to your door. If your country charges import duty, UPS bills it on delivery.

  • USPS

    US only

    Flown to the United States and handed to USPS for delivery. Good value for lighter parcels.

    • Delivered by your usual mail carrier
    • Tracked through to your mailbox

  • DHL Express

    Express

    DHL's own express network. If your country charges import duty, DHL bills it on delivery.

How the price is worked out

Shipping is paid separately from your items, once the parcel is ready.

  • Weighed after packing

    We pack your parcel first, then weigh it. You pay for that weight, not a guess.

  • Size counts too

    Large, light boxes are charged by volume: length × width × height in cm, divided by 5,000. You pay whichever is higher.

  • Less box, lower price

    Ask us to remove shoe boxes or extra packaging when you create the parcel. It often lowers the quote.

Protection for every parcel

Basic cover is always included. Add more when you pay for shipping.

Full rules

  • Basic cover

    Free on every parcel

    • Lost: your shipping back, plus the items up to $150.
    • Damaged on the way: the damaged items up to $150. Shipping isn't refunded.

  • Full protection

    2% of the value you insure, $3 minimum

    • Lost or damaged: your shipping back in full, and each item paid at what it cost you.
    • Up to $3,000 per parcel. Add it when you pay for shipping.

  • On-time guarantee

    $3 per parcel

    • Not delivered within 15 to 20 business days of shipping, depending on the line: $50 added to your balance.

  • Our mistakes

    Always covered

    • Wrong item, missing item, or lost in our warehouse: those items refunded in full, plus a shipping credit worth 20% of their value.
