Two payments. You see your item in between.
You pay for the items plus a 10% service fee. We buy them from the seller.

When do I pay for shipping?
After your items reach the warehouse, pass QC and are packed into a parcel. Shipping depends on the real weight and size, so it can't be priced at checkout.
What happens if I reject an item?
Tell us why when you reject it. We contact the seller to return or exchange it, and refund you if they can't.
How long can items stay in the warehouse?
90 days free from the day each item arrives. After that, storage is $0.50 per item per day. We remind you before the free period ends.
Can I ship items from different orders together?
Yes. Any approved items in the warehouse can go into the same parcel, which usually costs less than shipping them separately.
Can I get more photos of an item?
Yes. Each item includes 6 photos and a short video. You can ask for more angles from the item's QC page.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Every parcel has free basic cover: up to $150 for the items, plus the shipping cost back if it's lost. For more, add full protection when you pay for shipping. The full rules are on the Insurance and compensation page.
